How to Hold a Client Meeting

This is for my own reference, but I am making it public in case someone else finds it helpful

  • Make an agenda document beforehand with a date, a role call, tasks.
  • Leave an area for miscellaneous tasks
  • Send a recap email afterward with a summary of topics covered and a list of tasks for each member.
  • Port these tasks to a task management platform or task document as soon as possible so you actually remember to follow through.
